Introducing Route Shipping Insurance
We have partnered up with Route Shipping Insurance to provide you with an easy and cheap way to insure your crystals. Route will cover any lost, damaged or stolen packages insured by them. You will be automatically approved for insurance and backed by Route. They will make it easy for the claim process with a single click of a button. Anything you need, Route has you covered.The insurance costs start at less than a dollar for orders under $100.
Orders over $100 will cost 1% of your order value.
The Route insurance cost is non-refundable when your package has been shipped.
The buyer is responsible for requesting and paying for insurance on their package.
The buyer is responsible for requesting and paying for any other delivery services such as special handling, signature request, and express priority.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and any other information including e-mail and phone number.
CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for their own customs fees.
If the buyer does not give the carrier the proper information for contact we cannot do anything about it.
Phone number & email is required for import. We will not ship your order until we have your phone number & email!
If for any reason you want to return your crystals we do not cover the shipping costs to or from.
We review your packaging that is recorded by us opening the package.
If everything arrives undamaged then you will be refunded for the price of the crystals.
We are not responsible for any items damaged during or after the shipping process.
Returns of a damaged item may be available for return depending on condition of the item.
If we accept a return, you will receive the funds of the item that was damaged during shipping.
The damaged item that is being returned must arrive back to us in the same condition that is was when it was delivered to you.
If the item that comes back to us is in a worse condition than what it was when it was delivered to you then the damaged item may not be available for a full refund.
If the item is returned, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for the shipping costs for the damaged item to be returned.
